Factoid of the Day!
Trying something new to keep activity on MuchAdoAboutDuncans lively. Today we're starting the Factoid of the Day!
It depends on what has happened during the day. If I started a new project or something exciting happened I have difficulty getting to sleep. Too much thinking to do. If it's been an exhausting day, it's probably 15 to 30 minutes. Sometimes less. I think too much though.

Not me! It takes like an hour! Maybe I should lay off the pizza and hot sauce right before bed.
I think I am more like 2 minutes. Hit the pillow and I am out.

I wish! It's always taken me a long while (at least an hour) to really get to sleep after the lights are out.
